In some contrrots the labourekékoknowledges indebtedness to his employer to the extent of $30. In practice thi makes little or no difference, it is simply a matter of book-keeping.
In all cases labourara et certain small advances from time to time and at the end of the year their accounts are made up and the balance is paid to them.
7. Under the ordinance 4 of 1908 all assicted emigrants must be lodged in a Boarding House for 48 hours before they are examined by the Registrar General. In practice all emigrants are brought up twice for examination, once as soon 2.9 they arrive
